Heather Hanson serves as Manager of Clearwater’s Resiliency Services team that helps clients develop, implement, and test a full range of Business Resiliency and Risk strategies to build world-class Resiliency Models. Services performed by the team include Business Impact Analysis, Incident Response Planning, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning, and Tabletop Exercises.
Heather is a certified Resiliency and Continuity practitioner turned consultant with more than 15 years experience. Having spent many years in the data center environment, she specializes in translating operational objectives to technical requirements.
Her experience prior to Clearwater includes work as a Business Continuity Manager for JPMorgan Chase and as Enterprise IT Services Project Manager for Anthelio Healthcare Solutions.
