Jackie Mattingly is the Senior Director of Consulting Services for Small/Medium Hospitals at Clearwater. She brings Clearwater customers over 20 years of experience in HIPAA Privacy and Security, having held roles as Privacy Officer, Security Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer and serving as a subject matter expert in the healthcare sector. Jackie also delivers industry support and advocacy through organizations such as AEHIS and Women in Cybersecurity Healthcare. She’s an expert in enterprise risk management, IT compliance, regulation, and communicating security risks at the executive level. She’s also experienced in strategic planning, incident response/disaster recovery, and cybersecurity & IT governance.
Jackie is a board member of the Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS), contributing to the advancement of healthcare information security professionals and for the Women in CyberSecurity Healthcare (WiCyS Healthcare), contributing to reshaping the social and technical landscapes of our critical health systems. She’s a Faculty Lecturer for the Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS) and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Southern Indiana (USI).
Jackie is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Technology with an emphasis on Information Security; she holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis on Informatics and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration.
