Nicole Dowsley joined Clearwater as the SVP of Operations and Chief Transformation Officer in August 2022. She is responsible for scaling and maturing operations and driving transformative organizational performance to create meaningful structural growth. Nicole is a cross-functional orchestrator of complex, strategic initiatives to support Clearwater’s goals.
Nicole has 18+ years of healthcare experience spanning payer, provider, life sciences, and healthcare IT and has held numerous senior operational and strategic roles. Formerly, Nicole was SVP of Strategy & Operations at a global precision medicine company. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Change Healthcare in senior leadership roles in Operations, Strategy, Global Delivery, Enterprise Program Management, and Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management.
Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business and a BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
