With 15 years of project management experience in healthcare cybersecurity and defense, he has also led organizational health, safety, and compliance programs. Piper served for 22 years as a U.S. Naval Officer in aviation and intelligence. He holds a Project Management Professional certification, a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, and a Professional Certificate in Leadership in Healthcare Privacy and Security Risk Management.
