Tom Joyce is a Principal Consultant with Clearwater specializing in Resiliency services. With 25 years in IT and cybersecurity, including 7 years as a healthcare CISO, he advises clients on privacy, security, governance, and risk. Joyce also supports community initiatives to expand access to cybersecurity careers for disadvantaged youth. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University.
