New York Hospital Cybersecurity: A Look at the Proposed Regulations, Implementation, and Grant Impact

This webinar was hosted in partnership with Holland & Knight

New York recently proposed new regulations requiring hospitals to establish a formal cybersecurity program, among other measures, to limit unauthorized access to their information systems. Once finalized, hospitals will have a year to comply with the new requirements. The NY Governor’s office will soon be accepting applications for grant funds to help hospitals get on track and in compliance.

During this webinar, Clearwater and Holland & Knight discuss the proposed requirements, what implementing them looks like in action, how to get started, and what you should know about applying for grant funds.
