Carey Elzey is the Vice President of Colleague Success at Clearwater. She oversees the operations and initiatives affecting colleague experience and enables Clearwater to attract, develop, and retain the best talent.
Carey’s HR career spans over 20 years across multiple industries, including healthcare, medical device and pharmaceutical sales, and insurance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University. She has previously earned her Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-CP certifications. She is a certified DiSC Management facilitator and has completed training as a Predictive Index Analyst.
