Catherin is Clearwater’s Manager of Privacy and Compliance. She brings Clearwater customers over 15 years as a privacy officer and compliance consultant. Catherin specializes in data privacy frameworks, GDPR compliance, US state data privacy laws, NIST privacy framework, development and implementation of data privacy across jurisdictions, HIPAA privacy, security, and breach notification, information and interoperability rules, assessing privacy structures, and developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training.
