Morgenstern is a former corporate Privacy Official and Financial Privacy Officer for a large healthcare organization. In addition to contributing to Clearwater education events, Morgenstern is also a panelist on various American Conference Institute forums for mobile device management, Federal regulatory development and enforcement actions, and critical breach resolution steps. Morgenstern holds an MBA and is certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC).
