Mr. Perdomo has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field. He serves as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Nicklaus Children’s Health System. In this role, he oversees Compliance, Accreditation and Regulatory, Internal Audit, and Bioethics and serves as the Institutional Official for Research.
During his tenure at Nicklaus Children’s Health System, Mr. Perdomo has served in multiple capacities, including SVP over the Architecture, Design, Construction, and Facilities Engineering and Vice President for Ambulatory Services, where he was responsible for the establishment of multiple ambulatory/outpatient centers throughout South Florida, as well as Associate General Counsel. Mr. Perdomo has a clinical background and started his career as a nurse at the bedside caring for children.
Mr. Perdomo obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida International University and his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Barry University. He graduated from the University of Miami, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Nursing, and from Miami-Dade College, where he received his Associate in Science in Nursing.
