Omenka Nwachukwu, Esq.

Omenka Nwachukwu is a Privacy Consultant at Clearwater and a licensed attorney, bringing Clearwater customers more than ten years of experience in health law, policy, public health, international law, and human rights law, and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to Clearwater, Omenka served as a HIPAA Privacy Investigator for HHS. She graduated from Georgia State University College of Law and is a State Bar of Georgia member. She also holds a Master of Public Health and practiced as a registered neutral (certified civil mediator) in the state of Georgia, registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
